Afternoon Tea Deposits
We require a deposit of £5 per person for Afternoon Tea bookings which is non-refundable unless the booking is cancelled/amended within 48 hours of the arrival day
Cake deposits and payments
We require full prepayment of all cake or cupcake orders at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable. If a weeks notice is given and at the discretion of the manager the order may be rescheduled to another
Private hire charges
We require a non-refundable deposit of £100 for private hire bookings. This payment is due at the time of booking to secure the date.
This booking can be amended at the managers discretion within 1 month of the event date.
Our gift vouchers are all valid for 6 months. After this period has expired the use of the voucher will be lengthen by 1 month either free of charge or with an additional cost if the price of the voucher has increased during this time
